A plateau is not a verdict

US Health Register · A short note

A plateau is not a verdict

A plateau can feel like the plot stalled. Often it is the body consolidating, adjusting water, or waiting on sleep and stress to catch up.

Before rewriting the plan in a panic, ask what else moved. Energy. Appetite. Consistency. A short week of illness. A long week of travel.

If a plateau lasts and bothers you, bring it to a clinician — especially if medicine, metabolic health, or other conditions are part of your picture. On this site, a plateau is a chapter, not a sentence.

This note is for general education. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan. US Health Register is a publication, not a clinic or a pharmacy. Talk with a licensed clinician before you change how you eat, move, sleep, or take medicine.
