Protein, without a cult

US Health Register · A short note

Protein, without a cult

Protein gets mythologized. It does not need a cult. For many adults, including enough of it at meals simply helps satiety and steadier energy.

That does not mean every plate must become a contest. It means noticing whether lunch was mostly air, and whether the afternoon paid for it.

If you have medical limits around diet, ask a clinician or dietitian. For everyone else, plain protein is allowed to be ordinary and helpful.
